We bought an abandoned farmhouse in a forest village. The house is in poor condition, but we want to give it a second life. Today we poured a concrete beam under the house, since the foundation was destroyed.
We are also planning to hire a grader to grade the site, but first we need to clean the site of old rotten boards and debris.

I like it that you and Olesya are partners, you help each other in your work, and you work toward the same goal. You must sleep well at night! Our property was in a terrible state with trash everywhere when we bought it as well. I don’t understand people throwing trash everywhere! The fence that you sawed into pieces would have sold for a lot of money here where I live! People like vintage things here to decorate with. The linen fabrics and things Olesya makes from it are very beautiful. I would like to see sometime on her channel a tour of the facilities that process the flax into linen. Linen in the US is very expensive. I feel sad for the old grandmother who lives alone in the village, but it’s nice that her son comes to visit often.

That is one beautiful Tuxedo Kitty I’m seeing in your video. I hope it sticks around and becomes a very friendly kitty. We have a tuxedo kitty as well as a grey tiger with hints of orange and a ginger kitty. I love them all and I’d have more BUT I’m soon to be 66 years old and I am not sure I’ll outlive the boys I already have! Watching you is such a satisfying feeling as our current home (our retirement home) was the same mountain of work to bring it to the beauty we saw in it. I’m truly rooting for all the success and enjoyment you will deserve once this project is done…well, done as in useable as we all know home ownership is NEVER really finished.
