Yeah, getting old sometimes becomes more stressful, mentally and physically... But one thing I do is ensure I rest more, like I don't care about what it may cost more (in terms of work that needs to be done), I make sure I plan out enough time to rest, and this time to rest may be different for others, some would need more, others less.. But there's usually like an average gauge. Another thing is to eat more healthy and for me use more organic or like they say, herbal. So I take garlic, fruits, alligator pepper, ginger, etc often, and for me that also falls sick easily, I've seen a huge huge change... Like it's now back to like 2 times a year even in this pandemic.. Find what works for you sha, you'll be fine dear.. 🥂🙂 Lovely video
