In the process of getting the PR, we had so many learnings by doing lots of mistakes. We would like to share those best practices with everyone so that you can save time and efforts while acquiring Canada PR. We upload engaging videos for the relevant audience on how life is in Canada and how anyone can settle down quickly. So, subscribe to the channel and be part of our family. Cheers!

I was a PR holder of Canada too, but i returned back to my home country India. I am forever thankful for the Canadian government that they gave me and other immigrants an opportunity to explore this beautiful country. 1) Expensive Real Estate 2) High Insurance 3) Extremely Cold weather (looks fancy in pictures, but when made to stand in -20 degC for 5 minutes, u can hear the bones cracking). 4) Culture - Just missed my Culture - All the festivities (Diwali, Ganpati, Holi) 5) Jobs & Salary - Mostly jobs are in retail and food outlets. Most of the companies (like Tesla, Walmart, Google etc) are US based with no HQ's in Canada. So one cannot compare the opportunities in US to Canada 6) Family, Friends The above views are personal, and have no intentions of influencing your decisions. The only good thing that happened during my stay was nice Canadian people (all races), who were extremely extremely kind. I met people of European Origin, Carribean Origin, Indian, Middle Eastern & Chinese. They made my stay pleasant. Thank You Canada, love and respect. Given a chance, i will surely visit the place again but wont think of settling.

Hello Canada Couple - "That's the one dollar store." "But I don't think you can buy anything for one dollar!?!" One of the many nuances of Canadian culture - too funny. Yes, there are very few things that you can purchase at the Dollar Store for 1 dollar. I love the candor and "everyday experience" of your video. It makes me wish that I had had a video camera when I moved to Australia in early 2002...alas KZbin didn't exist at the time. All the best my friends, Cheers Rick

I was just like this couple, adventurous, optimistic and enthusiastic in my younger days. Back then visa and country rules were not strict at all ( I am talking about 1990's) and it was not difficult to move from one country to other. I had a travelling job where I got chance to live in all the major countries - US, Canada, Germany, Singapore with Australia being my last destination but somewhere down the line, as years passed, I started missing my family back home, my relatives, their children and the picnics, get togethers we used to have in India. Today, I am a 47 years old man and in the end I felt that India though might not be perfect, but it's the best place, I can hire servants to look after house, I purchased a high end care, I could afford the medical care costs and I am in constant touch with my relatives who always inquire about me. All this made me come back to Mumbai, my birthcity However in the end, as Mumbai became unlivable, I finally settled down in New Zealand. My point to all young people is to go explore the world, work hard as long as your limbs and joints suffice you rather than live with regrets of not doing something.

I am in Canada since 2002. I'm Msc chemistry, , first of all , if you have a good income in India, dont waste time and money to come here. Canadian companies do not recognize or value indian degrees, even aftet studying here they ask for Canadian experience. Your immigration advisir will never tell you about all this because they will not make money if they lose you. So if you are sensible, this economy is on decline, unofficial unemployment or underemployment could be as high as 25 percent. Canadian economy v/s USA comparison is same as Nepal v/s India. I strongly recommend this is not worth it, I'm here since 2002, I never found a permanent job, its always agencies taking such huge cuts as high as 50 percent and once you start working on contract, you will find it difficult to get a permanent job. Pl give thums up if you value this suggestion. Thank you.

Started the journey of new immigrant so welcome on board. The dollar store is 1 plus store..you can buy stuff in a dollar too. It's good to get limited stuff from India as you get everything here. You should have taken a place near the shopping plaza you could have saved bus tickets and time. Although good retail stores price match so no need to go for different stores. Try to download red flag or flip apps for the flyers. Rather than killing time you guys can plan YMCA or new comer center. The snow storm couple of weeks back was nothing just snapshot of you are lucky you might end up in a good job else minimum wage. Good luck

One tip from me to you guys as i stay in a snowy country like Italy myself, keep your throat always covered with a scarf. Trust me you will have lesser chances of catching a cold and therefore saving the money on medicines and doctor ☺️

Hey Guys First of all thanks a ton!!! Your Videos are very helpful and informative by creating some awareness. I have a small request, can you throw some light on how to find a proper home by the time we reach Canada, because if anyone reaches Canada where do they stay? if they have not planned for the stay before leaving their country

Hello! I'm from Brazil n lived in Canada for 2 years until 2011 that I decided to come back as my opinion at that time is that Canada is more expensive than Brazil, so now we are getting hard times after world Cup and olimpic games, maybe I'll return that is the reason I'm watching this video, but stay far from family for me is pretty hard. Enjoy Canada,is cool, a very welcome country/people, I also did a lot of Indian friends there, is pretty hard to understand the accent but it's nice people 😆 cheers 👍

This just showed up in my feed so I wanted to take a look as I'm always excited to see newcomer experiences. I had friends who I meet just after they arrived and was with them every step even went to the citizenship ceremony. Seeing the issues they had was always interesting and eye opening. Though I will say I couldn't figure out whey you choose Toronto over Brampton which I would assume would be easier as South Asians are the Majority in the city. Then I saw the Walmart you went to and realized you did chose Brampton. I lived there for about 5 years. It is in interesting place. Going to watch some of the other videos. I hope you have mostly good experiences.
