If you like a bit of "tang" to your pickles try a small portion using Apple Cider Vinegar if you can purchase there as it takes it to a whole new level. Of course it's personal taste. Great bike find hope it works out for you. Keep on keeping on Wen. Bushyboy Oz.

Yes the uk version if a little pink reddish radish and come in bunches I’m going to add dried mustard seeds to mine Thankyou for the idea 😊
