I did an experiment this week and only filmed on my phone 🦔 But I think I should stick to the camera at home lol...my room is just too poorly lit for my phone to handle 😭 Anyways this marks the end of golden week here in Japan!!! Back to work!! Ahhhhh I want more vacation 😭

Happy early Mother’s Day, Miss Allison.💖 All the kids around the world are enjoying Children’s Day, as well as learning the rural culture of Japan. Also, these piglets are so adorable, while roaming around the cafe with you. 🐷

Allison! I got admitted to my University here in Wisconsin to study as a Japanese Major! I came back to say thank you for making your videos and helping me decide if I really wanted to commit to such a beautiful language and culture for Uni. I hope to someday make it to Japan like you :) I can’t wait to watch all your videos on my late nights of studying 😁 Thank you!

I visited that mipig cafe in February! It was my first full day on arrival so just chilling with some pigs for 30 minutes was very relaxing. I agree that it looks very well run and the pigs were happy and well-cared for.

Came here to say the same. Her videos are very chill and relaxing to watch. In another life were I a bit younger they'd have me heading to Japan to live as well.

the nature in japan is so beautiful! there's always some really pretty flowers in your vlogs Also Jo Malone perfumes are so good, though with expensive perfume i end up only using it on special occasions cause i'm scared i'll run out too quickly otherwise lmao

I never realized there are so many places where you can see Koinobori. I feel like I'm learning so much this year, just by following the right people on Instagram 😅 I went to Kawagoe the other day. But Chichibu is so nice! Went there last year for the first time.
@AllisoninTokyo2 жыл бұрын
Me too!! I don’t think I even thought about seeing any last year 😂 Kawagoe looked so nice in your post 🎏

@@AllisoninTokyo Thank you. There was a lot of editing involved though xD But it was still nice to go somewhere. Kawagoe can be super crowded though.

I’d love to see Chichibu myself one day. I heard such good stuff about this area and of course I’d like to see it because of Ano Hana. I really enjoyed that anime and to see some of those places would be great. Nice video btw. I still think it has a very good quality. I wouldn’t have noticed a difference if hadn’t mentioned that you only filmed it with your phone. Maybe that’s a good alternative for days where you don’t what to carry your heavy camera.

I'll be in Japan during Golden Week this year, so I was looking for ideas. I'd like to see Zojoji Temple. I also wrote down Azabu-juuban, just to stroll around I guess!

Amazing video! I love how you edit them, especially the intro clips at the beginning! ❤ I'm curious how long it takes you to turn around a video from when you stop filming to edit and then upload? Also best of luck with work next week! You got this! 💪

well this one was a bit crazy and i got home at 8pm and posted it at 1am 😂💀 usually around 3-7 hours for editing depending on the video, but i rushed and did this in 2 😅

Glad the micropig cafe is less dodgy than some others. It kinda blows my mind how people are okay with stressing out the animals as much as some of these cafes do.

Hi Allison! Nice video! I was wondering about using perfume in Japan, I´ve read somewhere that they prefer to use perfumes that don´t smell too much or not to use perfume at all to avoid disturbing other people that may not like some aromas. Do you know if that´s true or just a myth? Thanks!
@AllisoninTokyo2 жыл бұрын
thanks!! kind of true and kind of not 😂 in the countryside i never smelled any perfume on anyone but in the city i think its more common for women to wear it, but depending on the job likely only wear it on the weekend or something 😆
