Cooking tip: The miso you bought already has dashi in it. You don't need to add more dashi. Otherwise, it will make soup saltier! Your MIL and FIL seem lovely!

i found my ramen bowls on daraz and its really good quality and more importantly large enough for dishes like this. u can find a lot of options for material and at different prices..id suggest buying one of the pricier ones and if its to ur liking ordering more of those..i wasn't into the cheap ones but nepal ma store ma its almost impossible to get the proper sized bowls.
