The best thing we have done to keep organized and to eat healthy is to plan out our meals for the week and shop for what we need for ingredients. We might change around things but helps so much to have exactly what we need for other week. Such an essential in our life to keep some calm in our busy lives.

Oh man I feel that. I work two jobs while going to university and I feel so overwhelmed. I’m so grateful for my husband who picks up the slack where I just don’t have the energy to complete housework but I always feel so bad. Burn out is real in our thirties. I keep forgetting I’m not 25 anymore but 35 lol.

Great Video Jerika!! Loved it! I did in fact make the cauliflower soup as you guys made in the last video such a terrific dish!! I hope you don’t mind me making it too so, so delicious! I just love the house you have such an eye for decorating detail I can’t wait to see where you arrange your new antiques. I like to do laundry twice a week so it’s like only two or three loads but I am doing laundry for three people. I also clean Mondays the puppy gets (he’s one) a bath Tuesday, I clean the lower level on that day which doesn’t take very long since the house is kinda small. This leaves me time to do my soapy stuff the rest of the time. I try to cook for the week and make husband and son have leftovers throughout, Hehhe. Since the house is small with an open floor plan if I don’t keep up it’s messy all of the time. I totally understand how you feel especially with things in the back of your mind such as painting, updating bathrooms etc. I just don’t try to make it a crunch if I can do it myself I do, if I need to hire in help then I wait save then spring it on my husband so I can get someone in to move the rock. Hehhe.

This is a great suggestion. Keep a schedule of 9-5 and relax after 5pm. It can be overwhelming working from home.🙏🏽😊💕
