You may find it hard to believe, but the truth is, this has been one of Poland's mildest winters on record! The most recent REALLY harsh winter was 14 years ago. ;)

Yes my husband told me same. I don't want to experience that harsh winter😳 The thing is There is not much snow but the cold is extreme and very windy. Even my hands stopped functioning at that moment 😢😢
