So Joe got a brand new 1994 Dodge Stealth! Also we had a 1 year old Dodge Caravan. Arnold had a 1989 Dodge Shadow. And I had a 1984 Mazda 626 recovering from theft and getting old.
Remember those typewriters!!! And the TVs that weighed quadzillion pounds? LOL

It is amazing how the recording of such simple days look so special, and quite, especially at 1:07:16 The 90s have been a strange period, in 1995 I was just eleven. Well have to say that decade was life changing in many ways. If I could go back, I would still consider the first half of the 90s the golden years, maybe until 1998, when lifestyle completely changed for many. Surely I do not recall that many memories from the new millennium, it's nothing compared to the years from 1988 to 1997, really. Cheers my friend :- ) Oh btw, happy birthday Hector :)

People seem to be happier then, compared to now. I was soon to be 2 years old within the first few days on January of 95, and i tell you, growing up in the 90s must of been special as a kid, and teenager. The best hits were coming out then, and we look back at those hits. Music, tv, fashion, etc

One thing that I miss about old camcorders is the size and feel to them!! Just popping in a VHS tape felt like you were doing something special. Nowadays current camcorders you put in a SD card and you start recording and it's easy to upload to KZbin.

I always liked recording videos of random moments with my VHS-C and MiniDV camcorders in the 2000's. Unfortunately, I didn't have too many tapes to use, so a lot of stuff was taped over. Old home videos of everyday life are fun for some reason.

I always wondered gil.. What is was like to be on the phone in the 90s.. like what was there to really talk about? Was it mostly based on ones days or maybe plans or? Especially since being on the phone in the 90s was popular throughout the day. Before cell phones, and text messages of course.
@fueledbymusic3
@fueledbymusic3 4 жыл бұрын
Good question! Well put it this way. I would pass out my phone number to friends. (Written on a piece of paper). Friends would call me at any given moment. Typically talk about what we did that day. Or talk about this and that. Also typically we call to invite to visit them or make plans for that day. Etc
