just a suggestion you can buy some backup power storage to solve that power shortage in province try buying power station that can be charge by solarpanels, some famous brand there is bluetti and ecoflow how it help.

whats good hermano! im finally in the philippines, i was in manila but now im in cebu city, hey the immigration officer didnt give me extension on visa, they want me to renew before my expiry date, shame! but happy to be back here for a few months, lets go !
