i get it man, sometimes you've got all this talent and all this drive and it just seems like the tires on your ride are spinning instead of moving you forward, and sometimes depression just gets the better of us, even when we think we're fine and doing well. Even when everything seems fine, depression can show up and ruin the party, thats what it does. We love ya man, stay strong and just let the notes wash it all away 🤘 We appreciate your talent, thats why we're still here!

You can be proud of being such a good musician and people are looking up to you. Being a bit older then you I think that I know how you feel right now. I went through this myself (at the same age). Afther that phase I got even stronger and get better at the things I am doing by having fun. With your talent it will get better...don´t push it!

I hope you are doing better and if not, even if you say that you don't know why you are depressed, listen INSIDE and really pay attention to what your soul is telling you. Try not to think of anything, deep slow breathes from the stomach and not be tense at all. Focus on a point just in front of your body, eyes closed. If you do this right, you really start to feel something, that something should you listen to, don't let thoughts in, focus on the space 20 cm in front of you. I'm serious, this is one thing that changed my life. Stay safe and be well

I’ve noticed my depression moves in when i get caught in a work loop and go too long without exercising. Hopefully the gym gets you right, since you got nothing lined up maybe give yourself a day to surf or maybe rent a bike and turn the brain off. I love what you do, take care of that mental health!
