We have just made our first two batches of elderflower cordial, oh my its just such a beautiful cordial. I would so love to know more elderflower recipes. Being baby less for a time is such a weird feeling isnt it, i hope you enjoyed grown up time. x

It really is the most refreshing drink for summer! The recipe we'd really recommend is to do an elderflower flavoured vinegar. It's as simple as adding a couple of heads to white wine vinegar and leaving for a few days to infuse... Makes divine salad dressings 🙂
