Not sure if there’s any lore but I’m guessing that the two people we see in the beginning are related in some way, but one of them became ill. The other person is now shown alone, and may be sad because they can’t spend time together. In the end, the person we see alone visits the person who is ill, who is possibly in a hospital. The piano in the background may symbolize peace and the memories they had, slowly before the light brightens, possibly signifying the death of the ill one. It’s just a theory
