Derek Milewski As a police officer. You need to be able to handle those situations. He shouldn’t have been scared out of his wits. As the authority figure. After I played The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit when it came out, this is what I thought Life is Strange 2 was going to be about: The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit was about Chris discovering his powers when he was a little kid and Life is Strange 2 would be about Chris when he is a teenager. Unlike Max who discovered her powers when she is a teenager, Chris has had years to learn how to master his powers. For the main plot, I thought that since Chris wanted to be a superhero when he was a little kid, he would find himself in a classic Hero vs. Villian scenario with the main antagonist but with much more realism like in Life is Strange 1. When they said that your choices in Captain Spirit would effect Life is Strange 2, I thought they meant that Chris's personality would depend on whether he was a good kid who helped around the house or a kid who just wanted to play and enjoy himself. As for Sean and Daniel, I thought they would end up as his best friends ever since he met them at the end of Captain Spirit. And then there is Chris's strained relationship with his Dad which he could gradually mend throughout the episodes or completely destroy. That's all that I've been able to come up with so far.

She was under a lot of psychological pressure wanting to save a whole town from personal problems and a deadly storm, she obviously wasn't happy, she was also drugged by a crazy teacher she trusted, she always saw Chloe dying, all she did was trying to protect Chloe but whenever she tried to go back in time to try to fix everything and let Chloe live she saw more shitty things happening like seeing Chloe in a wheelchair so she sure as hell didn't have as happy a story as you said, you seem to have no empathy for the game's story and characters, and that's exactly what the game wants to provide

How much I dislike Life is Strange. I decided to give this game a chance and I need to say I am surpised. Unlike other Life is Strange. This game has really good main character. Maybe because he is a male and because his story is really tragic compared to these female cringe like Max, Chloe and Alex. Still most characters are cringe but at least they aren't that bad like characters from first Life is Strange and True Colours. Seriously I hated everything about Max and the only fine thing about Chloe was her hair. Alex I felt that she is just another Max + her story in game was boring and cringy. What I hate about Life is Strange is how much toxic LGBT these games has. Seriously it's so hard to create a lesbian character who doesn't look like male and also she isn't agressive and she doesn't swear every time. I hope they will change something because expect this game. I can see that other Life is Strange were created for toxic girls.

Okay. I'm going to be that guy. Thus far, this story just completely turned me off. I loved the beginning until they had their encounter with the bully and the police. First off, where did the "go back to your own country" line come from? He was complaining about his brother spilling his fake blood on his shirt and then he made THAT insult? Why are the white men automatically racist? Also, the reaction from the cop at the scene was very uncharacteristic of any typical encounter. Pulling out the gun when there were obviously no weapons on either person, especially when he pulled in seeing Sean punch the bully to the ground, was completely unfounded and a show of the ignorance of the game developers. Also, every white man so far, with the exception of Brody, has been shown to be a stereotypical racist who supports Trump. This is very uncharacteristic of the vast majority of real people who voted him into office, myself included. That being said, they do exist, I'm not denying that, but the fact that the game is demonizing the police as well as any white male who isn't a beta male (I like Brody too, but he is a beta male from what we have seen) so blatantly shows that much of the developers' research and knowledge of our political climate was taken from The Young Turks or CNN. And on a minor note, I'm disappointed that Daniel is the one with superpowers and not Sean. That's just me. And lastly, because of the issues I have expressed earlier, I have found the entire story to be completely unbelievable and uncompelling Now don't go on thinking that I don't like life is strange. I absolutely adored the first one with Max because it demonize anyone. It was a simple Goodguy vs Badguy plot with a great twist and heart-rending ending. You had the sweet boy and then the unhinged jerk, the jerk of a step-dad with good intentions and the mad Artist with a sociopathic nature. It was so brilliantly done and brilliantly executed because it focussed on the moving the story forward. This story hasn't. But who knows? Charely1925 ehh I get what your saying but it’s just a game. I’m Hispanic but I don’t think white people are demons lol. People are just ignorant and don’t know how to have an open discussion. I have plenty of white friends who are republican or Democrat and they never fight about it or anything. It’s just views. But sadly not everyone is like that, there are racists in every race, no one is really a saint.
