I think her reactions animation should be different for the "Tell her" ending. She doesn't look like shes reacting properly with what Max said. Instead I think her reactions were made for the "Don't tell Chloe" and therefore I think the Dont tell one is cannon

I cried like a little girl for the entirety of the "farewell" episode and then like for two hours after it ended... and then for a few more weeks after that... it destroyed my soul completely and I'm a 27 y/o male, who has been a fan of shooters mostly. life is strange is probably the best game I've ever played and it's saying a lot because I've been playing videogames for 23 years without many breaks
