Zulka- Clash Royale Unreal is the graphics engine used to create and render everything in this video. It's not the handle of an idividual, nor is it the name of a team. It's a graphics engine, created by Epic Games. Sbel is the one who created the stuff in this video.

Generally speaking what they did is that they had to have had done is first: C++ programming for the movement, camera, and animations since Unreal engine uses that programming language, Maya and 3ds max or some other variant for the 3D models and the animation creation/rigging, photoshop or some other painter programs for the textures, materials, bump maps, etc, sound software for the music and sound effects (though easily could just port free sound effects, same with the music), and maybe additional stuff like after effects, substance painter, etc. Although the interior of the house looks like a copy of the lodge from Friday the 13th video game. Either way, usually the most difficult part is the programming itself. Although, I think Unreal has a prebuilt movement and camera script. Could be wrong. I have yet to work with Unreal all that indepth, but most of the popular engines are that way where they have some premade scripts available for designers to openly use.
