My main objection: no moments of a clear and threatening antagonist like LiS 1, 2, and BtS. I liked TC, but that falls in line with this flaw also. I feel this one was mid in my book, behind the first one and TC, a bit ahead of 2.

I thought this one DID have a clear indication of an antagonist. *** SPOILER: I was getting some real intense Charles Xavier and Magneto vibes from that last discussion between Max and Safi. And personally, I thought that dynamic was pretty interesting and leaves a lot to be explored down the road in the series.

This game was so much of an improvement over the first one but good god is max just not allowed to have happy ending for once??? Also Lucas just basically getting away with no punishment felt super weird. The game felt like it tried to wrap up a few plot points asap.

Yeah right. I was raised on a stupid farm so I totally believe this game is good and not an insult to everything Don't Nod did with the first game. Deck Nine destroyed this franchise and I ain't falling for anyone trying to fool us.

although the graphics are good the sound design is... GARBAGE, surprised nobody is talking about that. It feels so devoid of life, you can't hear conversations and shuffling in the distance, walking, birds chirping, cars, its just Max and whatever character talking... its SO barren and lifeless

Honestly, the choices in all Life is Strange didn't matter, maybe with little except of LiS 2 when it was about creating relationship between Sean and Daniel.

My opinion: the game captured the emotions and the graphics are miles better than the first even tho it takes getting use to. The music is lovely, and the performance of the actors behind the characters are extremely talented. Amanda's probably my favourite out of the bunch apart from our girl Maxine caulfield herself of course 😂 it's a controversial rating but I rate it probably a solid 7-8 / 10. But with that being said, I'm not too happy with the ending of the game either. I felt like everything was good but episode 5 kind of flopped and didn't make sense. To be fair, I was up at 3 am with barely any sleep and it was my first playthrough so i might have to play it a few times to make some sort of sense out of it but I do feel like episode 5 was rushed unfortunately... even tho ( spoiler alert ) THE CREDITS SAID MAX IS RETURNING

The only Life is Strange I played are the original and True Colors. There is also the True Colors DLC, but I do not recommend that, and I do plan on playing this version. I did really enjoy the original, but I wasn't that big of a fan of the ending. True Colors, I loved it. With that said, I'm really excited to play as Max again. And I will shamefully admit, I did buy the Ultimate Edition just so I could have the Final Fantasy outfit. Was that needed, no, did I want, hell yes.

@@makehimobsessedwithyou6412 I would just play the first one if you think you are interested the remaster looks pretty nice it’s way cheaper the last season is a little iffy but the new deluxe game I really wanted to love it but it gets really bad the last 2 chapters I would say get it when it’s on sale it is not worth the price in any world the ending is god awful

The first game is really good until the last episode but very much worth playing. Life is strange before the storm is the prequel to the first one I really enjoy that one. but not everyone does the writing is a little sloppy
