I want to point that in the last scene you only get yourself suspended if you took the blame for Chloe´s weed in episode 1 (that will give reason for David to gang up on you), otherwise the Principal will understand that Max was afraid to tell the truth about the gun incident and will suspend Nathan instead.

10:20 Not true. It’s always possible. Making the wrong choices makes it a lot harder though.
