I wish i could have ur outlook on life ! I broke my back 20yrs ago n got to a pretty good place n was determined! N then- boom- heart attack n diabetes (bad leg neuropathy) which took away all my progress..tryna win that dirtbike as a means of exercise along with aqua therapy .these r prob the only 2 forms i can physically endure at the moment..keepin my diet, sugar, cholesterol etc on point rite now until i can add some physical things..as i get older it gets harder n harder n discouraging w ups n downs..i NEED ur mindset! I had to take a break from bikes too, but nothing compared to what you had to go through. Snapped my femer in half in June and Im back on a bike.
