I understand. Art is how I destress from work, but the 24/7 new cycle is definitely taking its toll on me. I struggle to even read anymore, which is my more “passive” hobby. I don’t think our brains are wired for the deluge of information. For what’s it’s worth, I think there will always be good and decent people in world. We haven’t disappeared. We can survive this.
