Life near cows high in the mountains. Cooking traditional dish with wild Carpathians berries

Young woman had a solo trip to a mountain village, where people live on the cow farm and make traditional cheese. Village is called "Brustury". The farm of cows is located on the meadow (polonyna) of "Bukovets". Woman picks wild Carpathians berries and cooks traditional Ukrainian dish (varenyky). Her friends made Carpathians cow cheese ("budz" and "vurda").
Innusya uses a nice and convenient basket for mushrooms from Ukrainian brand "ACROPOLIS". She didn't find any mushrooms, but she did find a lot of European blueberries (Vaccinium myrtillus). If you look for basket for mushrooms or others things, go here:

Wirklich eine wunderschöne Gegend wo ihr wohnt. Ich war schon viel Unterwegs, in der Karibik, Amerika, Südamerika, Lateinamerika, Asien,Europa und Osteuropa, es war wo auch immer ich war schön. Die schönsten Erfahrungen habe ich in Osteuropa gemacht,solche Warmherzige Menschen die ich getroffen habe deren Sprache ich nicht verstanden habe haben mir zu Essen und Trinken gegeben obwohl ich ein völliger Fremder für sie war. Wir habe zusammen Gelacht und uns verstanden obwohl wir völlig verschiedene Sprachen sprechen, wir haben mit unseren Herzen gesprochen. Wie schon einmal gesagt meine Urgroßeltern kommen auch aus Osteuropa,soweit ich weiß aus der Gegend Rumänien Ukraine. So genau lässt sich das nicht mehr feststellen, aber alles was ich bisher über meine Wurzeln gesucht habe führen in diese Gegenden. Ich liebe das Landleben die Berge und Wälder. Im Frühjahr gehe ich immer Bärlauch sammeln und im Herbst in die Wälder zum Pilze sammeln, und wo meine großer Bruder noch gelebt hat sind wir regelmäßig zum Jagen gegangen. Meine Oma hat die besten alten Rezepte gekocht die jetzt fast keiner mehr kennt deswegen schaue ich deine Videos was so alles auf dem Land gekocht wird und vielleicht es nach zu Kochen. Das Video hat mich am meine Kindheit erinnert, habe als kleiner Jungen oft frisch Milch beim Bauern holen müssen , das erste was ich gemacht habe war ein frisch Glas Milch getrunken und worauf ich richtig heiß war, war die Haut was sich auf der Milch gebildet hat oh mann war die lecker. Die Milchkanne habe ich noch immer und ich denke die dürfte fast 100 Jahre alt sein und die gebe ich nicht her. Passt auf euch. Liebe Grüße Johannes. Slava Ukraine

The berries dumpling is simply an amazing recipe. Freshly picked berries at the wild range, local flour, and that fresh homemade yogurt made everything look delicious and healthy. Far from busy city life but this remote village life is truly special.

We've mountain sides full of huckleberry bushes ripe right now. They grow in patches thick. Much sweeter and tarter than blueberries. We also have wild black berries growing along side the Clearwater river now too. and Wild Thimble berries. You're lucky to have berries growing wild also.

Улыбнуло от того что черника на пастбище росла а не в лесу как обычно). Мужчине возле молока , нужно немного в более чистую одежду одеваться , а то как то не стерильно это выглядело )) Но все остальное здорово. Тоже люблю вареники с черникой и с вишнями ,да и с остальными начинками тоже . Но фавориты именно эти ягоды . Удачи вам с творчеством и каналом .

Living a life like Heidi, off grid, this beautiful young woman, a steward of the land, reminds me of my daughter's and family's and friend's compassion w/mammals and sea life as we grew up w/each other during the six decades of my life. My gospel choir toured from '70 to '75, and those who attended our free church concerts took us into their homes. I most remember my '72 tour to Canada, where after a concert in Edson Alberta, me and a choir mate stayed with our chaperone and host on a huge farm with cows, sheeps, horses and goats and other mammals you'd find on a farm. Our host took the three of us on a walk of his 640 acre farm, one square mile, and I remember--middle of June, at eleven at night, we were so far north it was like daytime. Fun video, especially hearing the bells, the sights and sounds that restore a 51 yo memory I have of Canada in the late night summer light.
