I have a similar sleep mask. I pair it to my phone, and play selections from the KZbin channel Sound Asleep ASMR. My current favorites are brown noise; they put me right to 💤

Happy New year! I have heard that. Most people I’ve talked to about it will warm up their food while they are out on layovers and then the food is ready when they get back to the room. Which is probably what I’ll do.
