​@@jean2740I don't know, I am 66 and my back hurts badly some days and then I can't walk. I miss being able to work hard. I am a retired, disabled, 5'1" 120 lb Certified Nursing Assistant. Lifting people much taller and heavier than me. 3 kids by age 20. Didn't drive until age 26. Cloth diapers, woodstove etc. I miss the warmth of a woodstove.

Alone does not always mean lonely. Maybe lonely sometimes but her work and way of living is so elevated compared to urban American aging. Her life is dignity, entwined with the heart of nature. Thank you for sharing this inspiration!

At your aged about 80 yrs... You're very strong and so an amazing woman still doing multiple jobs tasks. You're staying alone in rural area far a way from city & far away from your relatives ...i'm so surprised that you're still active doing the heavy works including farming. You're an inspiration to me after my retirement period 5 years ago & now I'm 62 yrs. Hopefully you'll always in good health conditions.

It being the start of autumn this woman is probably doing extra to get her stores up for winter. Making cheese, yogurt, canning vegetables, making preserves, canning meat, pickling eggs and stocking up animal feed too. Bless her hands, feet and back! ❤🎉❤

Believe me when I say this she realizes how lucky she is. I’ll bet you she gives thanks everyday. She worked on being as healthy as she is by continuing to keep active, busy, keeping her self in shape by doing the strenuous work that she is doing . She is living her best life not getting hung up on a no that will hold you back, not retiring continually keeping active. I can relate, I live alone in the country off by my self. I take care of my self, what ever needs doing I do. I burn wood take care of that everything else. There is a difference when you choose your life, love what you do you are happy. She is choosing her life. She could go live with her daughter she is happy, healthy, where she is. There are people of all ages who are not fortunate to be able to do what they want to do in life not just seniors. She choose her life at a much younger age is in a position that she can still live that life. I am so happy for her, I can relate because I did the same.

If the lady got into the habit of always keeping her phone on her person because in the rain with the uneven land around her home she could fall and be lying in the same spot for hours. Glad she is not totally isolated and able to visit neighbour and speak with daughter each day. Sending her my best wishes

Life doesn't have to be like a force labour camp at that age . I am so grateful my parents bought a humble house in a small town where we could get to school. Life in our farm was a night mare as we all have to work so hard just to survive. Fortunatelly we didnt have to tied up animals with ropes as we did have plenty land.

As other viewers have said, you do the same things my mother did. My mom ran our farm here in north Georgia USA and my daddy worked for the rail road plus other jobs to make money. There were 7 of us kids who farmed and went to school. We farmed cotton, corn and all kinds of vegetables, had hogs, catt. le. chickens, mules, horses and 2 horses. We heated with wood and coal. We milked the cows just like this lady. Some times the cow would put her foot in the bucket and we would have to start over. In the spring when wild onions started growing in the pasture the cow ate them and it made the milk awful. To this day I will not drink milk as a result. And I'm 80 years old. Looking back to that time it was good for kids to grow up in that environment. You learn so much. May our God take care of this lady. 😍 🤗🤠 👩‍🌾
