I legit almost cried at the end. While the ps2 was my childhood console, I used to play Mario, and watch my sister play on her 3ds. The exact same thing ended up happening to it. Good memories.

my childhood console was xbox 360 and i still have it but it has some problems with starting up and the games.

bro i have no clue how but after the amount of times i dropped mine down the stairs its still like almost fully fine. little scratches but its on the customizable case thing is i can take it off. i think its cuz it was more of a 1 player console if you didnt have 2 and we were not poor but didnt have money for that so i didnt play much.

This does make you wonder on the quality of Nintendo's hardware is over the years. My original Nintendo DS, the Phat, that I got from 2004, STILL works to this very day if I decided to open it and play. Only thing about it is that the battery does not last as long anymore but to be fair, I was holding that thing pretty much all day when I was in middle school, even brought it to school to play it during lunch, or after I finish a test and waiting for everyone else to finish. Or I will play it covertly while I am doing homework without my mother watching. Maybe I just took good care of it, and the hinge lasted. I did buy a New 3DS XL and played it for a while while I was in the military, but that was soon overtaken by the Switch, I don't play with my Switch much nowadays.
