The flip side of the story is generally fiction. In most corporates and companies the bosses have to be buttered for career growth and even job security. That's the sad reality. I can understood that this world is not worthy to get good people and who are sincere and loyal to their work. I recently left my job because I didn't get training even I laboured expecting that I will get trained some day from my Senior and boss. But time showed me in pretty bitter way that they never accepted me as candidate and rather a house-keeper in documentation. What I did resign letter and i know what I did is a mistake but after that I relived and they persuade me by giving another opportunity but I quit. I can't waste my energy and time to show I am worthy. No way. I did what was really matter to me though I am unemployed but I got the confidence about myself. So, be yourself and do right only what seems you right after all you are not tree and don't carry yourself to show how good and better you are than others because you are already great.

I was in a mnc company n got removed by my project manager... I'm a married guy n at that time my wife was pregnant n alone in home, I was in offc n my phn was in locker. In a break time I hv seen missed calls from my wife n I made a call back, she didn't responded.. I was very much worried n asked permission to get back home before a hour but my manager didn't permitted me.. when I went home, my wife was on the floor with a lot of bleeding n I can see the fetus on the floor too.. she is fine now anyways but next day when I discussed this incident with HR and project manager, they removed me from my job becoz I used two words like bleeding n fetus... See.. You don't have to be straight on face.. There is way to communicate your ideas with more logical way. And never try to throw your ideas to boss front of other staff.. that will hurt their ego.. You had put a lot of effort, hardwork and invested your time in that company. I am aware of it since I have been through the same. The sadness won't go in a day. It's important to not interact with any of the colleagues. Once you have resigned, you're at peace that you don't have to deal with such people. Your colleagues, no matter how friendly and sympathetic they seem, they only need the stuff for gossiping. Refrain from replaying the incidents, scenario, the way you could have responded to them or any backlash that they deserved in your mind or any other discussion that will further take place in reality. The lesson here for us that we will never treat anyone as such and our self respect and peace of mind is important than anything. Cherish the time , the present one around your loved ones. One single decision, no explanation of how or why you left your job. Nothing. I repeat, people just gossip. They want masala, they don't have to get entertained and it's your personal responsibility to walk away from such situations and people even now as well. Jobs are everywhere. I know that time won't ever come back but you will heal. It will take time. I believe in you. First get better at recognising the fact that you won't ever meet them again. There are other people as well in the world. Take the accountability and experience but first heal yourself so that you don't project whatever you have been through on someone new.

Disz the main reason in evry institution I get evicted frm bcoz of my straight forward nature,whereas the ppl who dnt evn know the basics but stay calm n impressive r liked by the head of the institutions,In reality if the head can remove sumone dey can appoint another great person n one more too ,so wich happened in dis flip side story is NVR gng to happen in reality
