Section officer Horticulture Department me hota hai CPWD k..jo ki JE k equivalent hota hai.. Engineering field me JE,AE/AEE,EE,SE,CE,ADG, and DG.. ye hierarchy hai.. ssc k through aaoge to maximum Executive Engineer pe retire honge.. shayad SE bann jao depending upon situation of future.. UPSC k through aaoge to ADG ya DG banne ka chance hai..

Well in future Elect/Mech work for some projects goes above civil work because of services reqd. Electrical work is wiring and power distribution, mechanical work is fire fighting system, HVAC, Lifts, Escalaters etc. So dont worry mechanical guys, in cpwd 90% je elctricals are from mechanical bachground.
