The Inquisitor accuses the bar of heresy. When the bar refuses to confess or even move despite sustained torture, the Inquisitor executes the Guardsman for failing to defeat the bar in combat.

Aussies like to make the rest of the world think that they're constantly having to battle through hoards of dangerous animals just to get about their daily business. In reality it's mainly just frogs and billions of flies.

I love Warhammer, for those who haven't yet played the table top consider it. For example this video has inspired me to create a death world regiment of my own. Were my custom space marines also recruit and fight alongside these hard men and women! It gets deep! But this is part of what I personally enjoy. Creating your own lore, I never run out of ideas lol. Give it a shot. Let your imagination run free and share it with the community. After all your idea may inspire someone else. Agreed, I hope more people take this sort of thing as inspiration to make their own setting. I think that it's such a vast, open-ended universe that people can really pick and choose the parts they like the most to build their own faction/setting for campaigns or armies, so I'm glad you're doing just that!

The lore claims a consensus among Imperial scholars that three worlds are tied for harshest deathword in the Imperium, Catachan, Fenris, and Luther McIntyre. The last is not written up in much detail, other than it's a desert planet, suspected home to the notorious Ambull, and like Catatchan it's main tithe is soldiers for the Guard.
