LIFE OUTSIDE THE BOX||YURT TOUR|| + DEPRESSION & ADDICTION UDATE

Most of us, including myself, spend most of our time in boxes. An apartment, house, and mansion may be different sizes, but they are all essentially still boxes. We live, eat, sleep, in our box (home), then we drive in a box on wheels to work (car), and then sit in a bigger box for 8 hours or more 5 days a week (work). And after work we drive back in a box back to our home in a box.
My point is most of us spend too much time inside instead of out in nature. I isolated myself in my own box and as a result became very depressed. Join me in my first night camping or "glamping" in a Yurt (which is a circle) for the very first time here in Oregon and get out of the traditional box!
I also go hiking in the woods on a nature trail and walk along the beach with my dogs. Find out how I am coping with my recent depression and managing my addiction to electronics.
It is so vital that we take at least 15 min a day from our phones, computers, TV's, social media etc... to get outside and take a walk or even just sit and be present in nature no matter how busy our lives get. We often forget that we come from nature and losing our connection with nature means losing our connection with ourselves.
