If they have coffee plantation business - then Why they need a tour guide to explain them the process . Did you notice his mom - how she was checking out peppers - she was clearly seeing it for the first time. Infact all of them visited for the first time. I have visited coorg- this is how they give you tour of estates & its chargeable, I Have a friend from Coorg too - Her dad also has Pepper & Coffee Plantation business. Black Peppers toh wahan itna commonly grow kiya jata h ki native grow them inside their house compounds/boundary also. There is no way his parents would be seeing it for the time. Neighbors ke ghar pe v rehta h. My friend she is also a Muslim, uske ghar pe hi black pepper plantation hota h , processing v ghar pe- they used to dry peppers on their rooftop.

I think this is Adil's nanhiyal, a coffee planter is a image of status in Mysore region. On his Father's side also, the Durranis are one of the respectable family, there are renowned proffessers, Academicians, business men, and some of Durrani sisters were in classical music also. The present Sirkhazi of Mysore is from Umar Khan Durrani Masjid, which is waqfed by their ancestors located in the central city.
