Jim Cramer’s interview was bullXXXX and the Lifetime CEO’s comments completely disingenuous…..he should start focusing on the core business which in my mine completely discounts his full paying members. The overall experience has declined substantially over the past 5 years while the prices have increased in tandem with the decrease in the product….

This is the most terrible fitness club I have ever seen!! I came here for the first time with two children, paid the money, the manager at the reception desk did not tell me the rules, I was first kicked out of the pool because the 3-year-old child did not have swimming shorts, then I wanted to to warm the child in the sauna, they also kicked him out, the child was stressed, crying, I went to the reception desk, asked why I was not informed about the rules, they blatantly laughed at me because my English is bad, then I asked for a refund, they refused! !! Shame on such a club for hiring such unprofessional managers!!! How do you respect yourself, people, absolutely do not go to this pit!!!! I called the police, they registered my incident, then I will sue these fraudsters!!!
