You can make vanilla yogurt and tzatziki from plain yogurt and it’s super easy just grate cucumber 🥒 squeeze out the water and mix it into the garlic yogurt u made. And vanilla extract and honey to plain yogurt voila you have vanilla yogurt

I would personally compare how Ashawaganda makes me feel to that of CBD & Magnesium. It makes me feel calm and helps me to sleep. Ive taken it in pill and gummy form. I prefer the gummies from Goli brand. They taste pretty good. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD inattentive and have tried a non stimulant prescription med. Even on 18 mg (which is the lowest dose) I had some side effects. We made the call to have me discontinue using it. Im not currently taking any prescriptions but decided to utilize therapy for behavior support
