Mama Kelly, I have Lupus and psoriatic arthritis and I think Sam has said you also have an autoimmune disease. I understand the sleeping a lot because of pain and the drinking an energy drink to push through. Just wanted to say we aren't alone even though sometimes it sure feels like we are ❤

I was laughing with tears during the Carl moments. The new cans should be a big help. Would suggest using a chain from the handle thru the lid to the next handle. Hi Momma Kelly! You're always a breath of fresh air! I'm sorry you've been feeling depressed. I too suffer from depression and sleep a lot at times just as an escape. Sometimes we can't figure out why we're down, but then just as suddenly we're back to what is our functional level. I just try to sit with it, don't try to change it or kick myself for it. Getting packages is so exciting, even watching people open them. It's like Christmas! Hope you enjoy your holiday, and the world IS a better place with you in it! Love from New Zealand :)

Mama Kelly, please don't kill me, but have you ever considered trying Keto? Sugar & grains are super inflammatory (especially sugar) I'm sorry I'm sorry I know this video had alot of candy & soda in it 😂 And I know you love diet coke.. but.. I genuinely think it would help. I also don't take painkillers when I can help it..but I also never drink soda. But also please believe me that going keto doesn't mean getting rid of sweet things!! I've been getting pretty into keto recipes, I made these double chocolate muffins recently & they were amazing. No sugar or wheat flour but still plenty sweet & chocolatey! I just always feel so bad when you keep telling us how much pain you're in.. I had to say something 😓 please don't kill me haha I think you should give it a shot!!! If you want I can bake you something & send it to you so you can try it ☺️
