You might want to start setting aside a portion of your earnings from your other channel for your child. Illinois just passed a new law to protect child influencers that requires parents to put in a trust 50% of their earnings to be fair to children under age 16 featured in 30% or more of an adult’s social media content. Might catch on in other states as well I hope.
