Glad you're back and that your family has recovered. Health truly is wealth. Its upsetting with the LV experience you had there seems to be no consistency with customer service. I had bought a preloved cosmetic case and the lining was all sticky and needed to be replaced. I had sent the pictures to LV online and received email that they could not repair the item with no further explanation. So I went to LV location which is a distance from my home but showed it to the repair team there and they were able to send it off and get it replaced.

Glad you’re back! I think I broke up with LV a year or two ago. I think I’d consider preloved on something older so it would be better quality. A Noe would be nice. The prices are up now but the quality isn’t very good imo and I don’t think my bag from 2016 should have cracked canvas. I’ve since purchased Chloe and Loewe and love those bags so much more. Plus LV is over saturated where I live.

Thank you dear for your feedback. Happy for you to exchange your bag. I visited the local LV boutique to see this gorgeous bag and asked my SA about the yellowing and if the Boutique received any complaints about this issue. Guess what..! He said No we didn't receive any complaints BUT it is normal the bag get change after wearing it..! I really shocked..! How he dare to say that..! I told him it A BIG PROBLEM if I paid a mount of money for a bag that could have color issues..!! This is unprofessional reply..! I prefer buy the black one for safety but with the late huge pricing increase I will think twice 😣

I’m so so so glad that you finally come back.. and to update.. back of my mind does think you and your family have gone through and is sick with Covid.. sorry.. it’s just during Christmas lots and lots of ppl I know and etc had caught Covid.. including my family and I… I have been wondering what is up with you.. but decided to wait … another KZbinr I follow had passed away last year to cancer.. but anyways I’m so so glad everything is well and moving forward with you and the family… about your share with LV.. I do have an idea to bring to their awareness on.. and I hope I can get an exchange.. it’s a men’s messenger bag… that now is consider vintage… probably like 5 to 10 years old.. and it needs an update on the trims and sign of used.. recently with the zipper having issue.. lol I’m planning to go to the local store.. but I’m second guessing I’ll be lucky to have this taken back and get an exchange… yeah anyways.. love to hear you are back and about sharing new from LV… I mean yikes..

Welcome back! I worried that your family was going through a crisis: divorce (heaven forbid), child illness (ditto). Please give us an update on your life even if you don’t feel like talking about handbags. A friend went through COVID and then a gastrointestinal virus, very similar to your experience. I’m glad you’re feeling better. I always enjoy your videos, even if I would not have purchased a new Louis Vuitton in the first place. ❤️

We went to Disney / universal Orlando March 26 I think … all 6 of us caught covid ! I am immunocompromised so I’m still sick:( .. and I work in hell are so I am so careful !!! Unrelated : I got a never full pm this week for my birthday and my hubby showed me how the first time he purchased my MM in mono 2017 it was like 1200 maybe ? Then Christmas 2020 I think he got me the mm in ebene it was 1500 , the pm which is the baby I just got was over 1900

I was literally thinking about you today. So happy you are back! I wanted to share that in January I picked up the LV new favorite and it has been delightful. Maybe check it out if you’re in the market for a smaller bag. I’m a coach girl and the favorite has been my first luxury purchase. I have my eye on the hero shoulder bag from coach, let me know what you think about that.

The hero is lovely! Anything that looks like the pouchette Métis will be a big seller. I also have a Favorite MM and it lives up to the name - it’s one of my favorites 😂

Update: took this to Miami LV: this IS now a known defect for this specific year bag (I got mine 3/21) They took my old bag and gave me a new one. I didn’t have the pouch so they kept the new pouch, glad is is a recognized defect now!

This is sooooo random. I don’t know if this will interest you at all… but in the new movie 355, Penelope Cruz’s character is carrying the most beautiful bag, it looks to be a leather drawstring bucket bag, in a color block of tan body, white sides and black handles. I have searched and search high and low to find out the brand or any information on that bag and I have found NOTHING. I know you know handbags, have you heard anyone else talk about this? I am soooo intrigued by this bag! Thanks!

I’m currently in the beginning stages of trying to exchange this bag for the same reasons! Did LV ask you for your receipt or to send the Pouchette back? I have a picture of my receipt but my friend in NYC had to purchase this for me so even though they shipped it directly from the store it has her name on it (they wouldn’t let her purchase it under my name) based on your experience I’m so nervous their customer service is going to give me a hard time. They didn’t ask for any kind of receipt, just my address so they could send the return label. I sent the pouchette back with it but I have heard of some other people who haven’t.

@@taylorpaquette6446 I went through the same process THREE times. I had to wait over a month before I even heard back from somebody on a status update for my new bag. But yes, you have to send it back. I’ve almost argued with the sales rep about sending the pouch back, I mean this is my third replacement, at this point I won’t have a purse for months but I am so over them not being cooperative with that aspect.
