Hi Shelly, what do you use to record your videos? I’ve been recording in my phone but the quality is so rubbish. Any advise would be really helpful!

Get a phone with a 4K camera for recording. I use the iPhone 15 pro max to record. Make sure to have high resolution when editing and use a good editing app. Or you can get a good DLR camera the quality is so much better but you will need editing software on your pc or laptop. I prefer using the phone as it is quick and easy. I hope this helps.

My dear take it easy , its months of winter and A&E 10to 12 hour of waiting, don’t make your health go wasen by the Jim excircse machine , rather why not go for walk with family natrul excerise

Gym exercise never makes your health go to "waste". The pain she's feeling is good pain. It means all her muscles are being used. If we don't use all our muscles now, we will lose them as we get older. She then definitely will need the A&E then! You carry on Shelley ! 😊
