💌Hey Jade I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get onto the right route when it comes to school. On the morning of my first November GCSE Mocks, I had a severe panic attack, and this process continued for over a week- I would think about school and I would just feel so incredibly ill. Like you, I have always loved learning, and have always done well in school, but I made myself unwell by putting expectations on myself. I found your KZbin channel, and I have read your book, ad you have not only taught me how to revise stress-free, but also how to love myself and hype myself up, and I am now rediscovering and deepening the love for learning I always had. One of my mottos this year is ' hard choice is the right choice'. I live by it and truly when I'm not feeling a certain thing be it academic or social or self love I apply this and am most often then not end up making the right choice' as I see evidences of that decision in quite a short while in terms of satisfaction and reward stimulus. And in the long-term I hope to see its effect since it making me grow to love myself more. Hope I could convey what I've been pondering over. I'm in yr13 right now and can totally relate to losing your sense of self. A-levels really don't give much time between the studying and exhaustion to find yourself as you grow.
