I absolutely agree health insurance is important but i think #lgbtqcommunity should fight for people who are HIV infected & as indian citizens they should also get all the facility from health insurance or mediclaim insurance companies though they get free service but by government hospital & we know how it's being at government hospital so my advice is to give equal treatment where even those can have secure life & acceptability .
