Life Update

Hey there, Alison Kay here! Today I wanted to get back to KZbin and just share what’s been going on in our lives. John had surgery, he’s starting solid foods, and we’ve just been staying at home.. but we are getting “back to normal life” a bit more. Whatever that means for adding a baby to the mix! I miss you all and making videos. I hope you’ll stay tuned for more videos soon!

I'd love a postpartum video! I'd also love to a video on how you're introducing John to food. It's coming up fast for our baby and other Mom's experiences would be so interesting. Life is crazy - my husband is also working on his master's degree while working full time. Blessings to you as you try to juggle all the things.

Good to see you doing well Alison! Do you know what method was used for your uterine septum removal surgery? Has this effected you in any new ways since pregnancy/postpartum?

Hey, thank you! I think they literally cut it out but maybe it was a special tool.. I’m not really sure it was a “hysteroscopy with metroplasty”. And it did affect my delivery in that they left a little septum in my cervix on purpose and when I pushed John out that was torn so my doctor had some extra sewing to do down there! 😳
