There should be a term, maybe in Portuguese or German, to describe the loss of enthusiasm that occurs in the lag between making a reservation for a desirable thing and actually setting out for that thing. Glad you went to the Nigella thing, and I can imagine by your description how wonderful it was! Happy you're feeling better and redoubling your activities and refining what you expend energy on. Thank you for all your lovely videos Phoebe! I also found a love to both yoga and pilates, but during the pandemic. I am doing it from home thanks to youtube. I love the simplicity of Pilates. How it is easy to follow but still a great hard workout. Makes you feel good as well as you actually feel like you just did a big workout for your muscles, without the stress. 🙏💜💙💚

Btw, we make a lot of waffles in that type of waffle-maker inn Sweden. We even have a day dedicated to waffles lol. Maybe you should try a Swedish gluten free recipe? We use soda water for extra crispy waffles and most recipes doesn’t contain eggs anyway. Good luck. ☺💚

Obsessed with my heated throw blanket. I'm so happy you're enjoy the gift of soft fluffy warmth too! Be emotionally prepared for it to die. I typically have to use the warranty 1-3 times a year to get a new one when they inevitably stop working.
