Today, I was fortunate enough to receive a bottle of sake called "Takanome" from Forbul Corporation.
It's a very delicious sake, and we came up with a dish to go with it.
The characteristic of this sake is that it goes well with meat.
After trying various combinations, I found that it goes very well with beef! So we decided on roast beef as the main course.
Since we were not allowed to pair it with seafood that had a fishy smell, we opened the sake with five other dishes that went well with it and a cheese snack.
I really enjoyed drinking sake and food in a relaxed wine glass~!
