I enjoy your videos very much, I found your channel a few years ago while recovering from neck surgery and researching cruise videos. Nerve pain is a tricky thing I’ve learned since my neck fusion surgery due to spinal stenosis. Some days are excellent and some days I feel like I’m walking on glass. But also I’ve learned from your channel , eating lean and clean with healthy fats , helps with inflammation and pain . Menopause is a whole other beast 😅. Being healthy is more important than focusing on just unrealistic diets and brutal exercise, I gained 20lbs from those meds . Being back on keto has helped with those symptoms and HIIT training is helping with strength and some weight loss Thank you for the inspiration ❤from Helotes

For me, I did not go on any medication, and I was glad I didn't, but that was my decision. I live in a cold climate so the hot flash was a yippee 😂 Love the nail color💅‼️

This is not a typical medication for hot flashes but has shown to help them, it does but I just happen to have some of the negative side effects, most women had no issues. I will go the no medication route once I am tapered off this. It does help them not seem so bad when the weather is cool. It has been so cool/cold here for the last couple of weeks, very exciting! Love all your cats and your dog Thanks for showing your hair color I hope you’re careful with all those chemicals. You put all over your skin all the time and be careful the cats or dogs don’t lick your skin cause that’s poison to them after you put it on. Love and appreciate your videos
