I’m 30 recently picked up fingerboarding again use it to use tech decks but now I have a teak tuning set up an I’m disabled I use it as therapy honestly.

Im 28 now and picked that Hobby Up again after Findling a hotweels Board after 1 month i changed now to a duck Deck with asi Berlin Shop Trucks and wheels . I do IT for getting better reflexes and muscle memory . Also i dont know If im rusty af but when i try to make a kickflip i roll to the obstacle then i hesitate for a sec and then i do the kickflip . I wanna have this flow again
