The goal is to consciously forget about all of this for long enough .. to do that you need to get used to the feelings and symptoms. And the best way to achieve that is by exercising, you need to place yourself in that panic by elevating your heart rate. If that feels to extreme, you need to start really small and work your way into it. Like walking and then later on jogging. It becomes natural again, with time.. Don't give up! Keep going, you got this 💪

Thanks everyone for your comments. I’ve had these symptoms for the last year and it’s taken me down at times. Until now, I’ve never known anyone to truly understand how this feels. It’s almost insulting when people say “just relax. You’ll be fine”… as if I haven’t been trying that all along. It’s prevented me from taking trips, getting in planes and even going out with friends and family. At times it feels like I’m not living anymore. I can feel my heart pound even as I read these comments. Just wanted to thank everyone for your words. It’s already a comfort knowing others struggle as i do everyday. We’re all gonna be ok.

2 years ive been dealing with this. Some days its ok some days its living hell. You learn to come to terms with it but it never is comfortable. Pounding heart chest is uncomfortable, skipped beats and heart pain. Theres always a chance to get better and heal it starts with you wanting to fix the real issue. Ive just started ro finally start proactively adressing the issue and its made my life more manageable.

Same here but the secret is to get along with your anxiety, stop fighting against anxiety the more you fight it the worst it is allow it to flow. Fight or flight it's just your body protecting itself. we okay, just say to yourself I'm still alive it hasn't killed me yet😂😂😂. We're all in the same fight we're good were healthy. Anxiousness comes & go also your mind plays a big part in the equation

My heart rate was 136 today. And every dang morning I wake up anxious with high heart rate. I checked it few months ago, everything was alright, so, here I am on KZbin asking: Any suggestions how I can decrease these symptoms that stuck with me for the last 8-9 month? Pretty please? I can't be the only one dealing with something like this, right? The derealization has decreased over time, next round is for my heart. You look like a guy who knows what's he talking about unlike those self-proclaimed coaches. "I will help you for 5k just because I'm cool". Geez... So, any advice? Anyone?

Hi 60 to 100 BPM is normal. Anything over 100 is a tachycardia. If it’s high at rest then that needs investigation. Under 50 is known as bradycardia, slow rate, but if you’re fit you’ll usually have a low rate at rest. My drops to 50 or even less when at rest. But in a panic attack it can go up to 140 with all the cortisol and adrenaline in the bloodstream. Do you consume coffee or sodas with caffeine? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you stressed from work? Family, Etc? Have you had any medications or vaccines in the last year? Regards A
@NeiraNorte
@NeiraNorte Жыл бұрын
@@KRAZEEIZATION Thanks for the reply. Usually my heart rate is around 67-76. I checked my heart with tests and ultrasound, everything seemed alright, at least my doctor said so. When I had my heart rate at 150, I called an ambulance 🚑, they said that I've had a panic attack. As for stress,yeah, I've had very emotionally draining life and it gave me symptoms like: trembling, flashback, anxiety out of nowhere,panic attacks, high heart rate when I wake up (for the last 8-9 months it's been that way), derealization, wet palms, shaky hands, chest pain and the list can go on and on. As for caffeine, I wouldn't say that I take huge doses. Maybe two cups of coffee with milk per day. I don't have sugar tooth, so chocolate or candies aren't my cup of tea. No vaccine for me. I did a shot in 2021, but the only effect it had on me wasn't related to anxiety or my heart rate. What I did though is took 4 shots of dexamethasone, when the left side of my face has become half numb. A doctor told me to do 4 shots, 1ml each and after the 3rd one I thought that I'm gonna die. I've had sever chest pain, as if something tighten my body to the center of my chest. When I closed my eyes I saw some hallucinations, I barely could stand on my feet. After that, I got so scared that I threw last ampule into the trash and since than my heart began to race in the mornings. I also had therapy, 9 therapists to be specific. On short terms or long terms and I'd say this ain't for me. Especially when a therapist you trusted called you a schizophrenic looking straight into your eyes and being perfectly aware how anxious I am, what kind of life I lived, how anxious I am for my health. So I went to psychiatrist, I've done some test and no, this is not schizophrenia, this is generalized anxiety disorder, but the damage was done to my mental state so I forbid myself to ever seek therapy ever again. It can help and it will help, but where I am from and considering my age (37) which comes with a lot of experience and knowledge of my personality, those so called "mental health professionals" have done more harm than good. I need to shut up. I'm sorry for writing this much and sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker.

Dr. Sanjay Gupta a cardiologist at York, UK, has a brilliant video on ectopics, palpitations etc. I feel these flutters most days, had 48 holter four years ago with >1% Premature Ventricular Contractions and >1% Premature Atrial Contractions. While I’d the holter I felt nothing ironically! It’s common in 70% of people off the street if tested! Best face the fear, live your life and do the things you love. Cut out everything that you don’t want to do and dislike. Ask yourself “what is it I actually fear?” Dying? Your heart stopping? Because it will stop someday. We just don’t know when! That’s life. No point in worrying about it!
