i had that bad cold last week it started all in my sinuses and went down to my chest didnt get much sleep either kept waking about every 2 hrs myself trying to breath blowing my nose and spiting up mucus i have a humidifier in my room it helped me breath better and so did the nightquil i dont need them anymore thou iam still getting over it, nose is a bit runny at times and i have a cough every now and then, finally getting some energy back .
