I have totally stopped doing affirmations. It feels "unnatural" and not authentic. I only do visualizations these days, especially in the evening and right before I fall asleep. It's way more easy to bring forth the right feelings and emotions during visualization. For me various affirmations almost always use to create some kind of strange "resistance" from the conscious mind (not the subconscious). Visualisation and daydreaming comes much more easy to me, and the results are also seen much faster in the 3D, at least for me. Remember: _The feeling is the secret to be successful in manifesting._ If a "bad and empty" affirmation can not create the deep emotions and feelings that are needed, it is simply useless and a waste of time. Edit: I will try the affirmations you said in the video, really liked them. They should bypass the conscious resistance: *"Now that I have more money, my life is so much easier than it was before."* *"Now that I have more money, I have even more resources to take care of everything that I need."* *"Now that I have more money, it's easier for me to handle anything because I'm better resourced"* *"Now that I have more money, I am in control of every move that I make, I have the best accountants to take care of everything for me. They are such experts at what they do that I can rest easy."*

Spot on. I never use the word 'abundance'. Its just not within my typical vernacular. Its gotta be wording that fits within what i actually say.

OMG thank you Lucie girl!! And how syncronistic that you posted this! This is why I've been creating more subliminals than affirmation videos lately I have been reflecting and rethinking how I can better help others especially those who are resisting affirmations and not really using them correctly. We definitely need to rewrite our affirmations in a way that soothes our mind, addresses our limiting beliefs and create a strong foundation for new beliefs.

Lucie please don’t be hard on yourself! Your affirmation always sound good even with the allegories and metaphors and hard words. And they worked wonders for me specifically because I can use my imagination, just like when I read a book! So please let these videos stay. Maybe for some people other affirmations work but for me the best part isn’t the relatability of them, but the atmosphere, your voice, background music and the way I can play with these things in my mind to create a feeling. So thank you for your hard work anyways! ❤️❤️

I've had some pretty good results so far but like you I've immersed myself for the last year or so with a new story a new plan and a new way of living. Cant wait for money subliminals, Lucy. I unexpectadly inherited a little ammount of money recently and since then, the fear has been going back in circles that i ll loose it. I know its just deep seeded pattern, when i look to my family lineage, there has been fights about stolen property going on through many generations, too many stories of damaged families and relationships and living in poverty.

If You’re going to recite affirmation you have to have faith & belief in those words. No faith or belief you won’t receive.. Believe in those words ! Many years ago when I took birth control all my friends gained weight so every time I took my birth control I said this is a slimming pill, every time I took it and lost weight. When I had a break from it I gained weight. That’s when I learnt how powerful the mind is…. Trust and believe in your words (whatever you tell your mind) and it will work…
