Absolutely beautiful meditation. Thank you, Lucie. Does it need to be the same visualisation every day or can it be different e.g. one day about career, the next day about family and the next, about finances?xx

Everyone is different, but I usually do them in blocks so that I can focus on one thing at a time, and my decisions begin to make that happen. Ex: career one week, and once I start on that path, then something like speaking up to become less anxious. I really feel that the possibilities are endless. This works. ❤
