As a little kid I couldn't swallow pill meds, so my mom crushed them with a knife until it was powder and mixed it into ice cream. She could have used a mortar and pestel but her way worked just fine. A meat tenderizer also sounds like a fun way to do it.

The ice cream may have done half the work. My sister even as an adult has difficulty swallowing pills but she's able to take most over the counter ones if they're mixed in pudding or apple sauce. You can also buy pet treats with pill pockets for similar reasons.

My grandma used the crushed & applesauce trick too. Pills have stuck in my throat all my life when taken with water, so I have to chase them with chewed solids to get them down, a good excuse for me to always have popsicles on hand..;) When my farmer grandpa had to give livestock pills, he'd hide them in a slit cut in an apple, a handy use for the damaged fruit from his orchard.

Do not drill a hole in your swiffer cartridge. Just cut the locking ring off the cap. Then it becomes a normal screw cap that you can just take off and refill.

18:22 It's much easier to just learn to be responsible with your possessions and regularly keep track of cords that go with various things without having to paint them with unnecessary nail polish. Hell, you can even secure said cords to their respective appliances/devices with rubberbands, clips or twist ties. Or you can even buy replacement cords online now. And maybe the frustration from wasting your money might be the motivation you need to learn to be responsible with your possessions.

Throwing away unidentified cords is pretty drastic, but the concept itself isn't bad. We have multiple phone chargers sitting around our living room and dabbing the ends with paint would make it easier to check at a glance if a cable that's not charging is unplugged. I also once had different keys marked with nail polish.

The "lifehack for children" one where it shows a toddler in a tent; I used to love sleeping in my own tent. But I was scared of the dark. So all they had to do was buy a bunch of AA batteries for a flash light. I would go through a pair of AA batteries a night as I kept it on when I fell asleep. And of course it would run out during the night. But every night I would be out of their way in my own tent. :P Not bad for 50 cents a night I'd say. On the candle warmer warming your tea one: Wasn't this...kinda obvious? Like, it's the entire purpose of a candle warmer in the first place. To keep your tea warm. I've been using this "life hack" for years. Make a 1.5 liter pot of tea, put it on a tea warmer, have hot but drinkable tea for hours. (also I have that exact tea pot at home.)

To the noodle for the unbalanced washer...try balancing it by adjusting the feet at the bottom then you won't have to use a pool noodle that looks ridiculous!

The pool noodle/ bed frame hack at 4:15 is a nice one, but is even better when also put around the legs, your tender toes will forever thank you. And taping three or four vertical & evenly-spaced across the back of the headboard is a pretty good idea too.;) Pool noodles are actually pipe insulation made in festive colors, & you can find different sizes, in black, at home improvement stores. A friend of mine put a small one between his desk & the wall, just below desktop level, to keep from losing stuff down the gap.

The sour pickle juice hangover cure really does work. Work in the restaurant business, where the pickles come in 5 gal. buckets, & a water glass full, dipped right out of the bucket, will get you back right & on with the workday as fast as anything. Water to rehydrate, & salt to rebalance your electrolytes, gets you back to baseline pretty well.

hab nichmal angefangen zu gucken, kann trotzdem bestätigen das beim kater was richtig fettiges und salziges(ei speck mettbrot etc) kaffee und danach n bierchen oder zwei,einfach wieder normal plus gute laune,kein wunder das die ganzen 40er 50er und 60er geborenen arbeiter oft auf bier schwören,gibt wirklich kraft und gute laune,vorallem aufm dorf wo jeder abend samstag abend ist xD
