Lots of shiitake mushrooms they thrive in the bark or log of the tree. At least they have Vit D , it seems they haven’t eaten a lot of vegetables. They can dry those mushrooms by putting on the top of their fire pit . They can them in their noodle soup

Since I had been watching Nepalese peoples for many years I didn’t see them have farm or gardens any ways at all where are they get to food to eat only see them move place to place no plantings corn , no rice filed, no garden, no fruits, no any other vegetables, do see them raise some chickens , some cows, but no nothing how their survival, yes they do hav many goats but no othe foods why they didn’t want to settles one permanent place and go work at the farm, plants others don’t understand these kinds of peoples do the children’s go school or not? We can see a lot of land sound them so many place empty or available but don’t see any people work at the farm or garden to get foods had never seen such a country live like this in my life’s.

I guess you haven't watched many other videos. There are many who plant and harvest fruits, vegetables such as cabbage etc, they even have rice farms. There are many videos of village farmers market where all these are sold. Some even sell piglets. Subscribe to different Nepal channel and you will see all these. One family is not capable of doing such at once. Varies families do different things per their ability.

are you the family celebrating the Dashain? those poor buffaloes are standing in one spot for hours, standing in their pee and poop. never taken out the old dry leaves only throwing back the nasty leaves on top of the buffaloes waste. not eating the right food, poor animals have no life, just waiting to be kill, butcher, with all that land, an area can be made for the two mother buffaloes with their calf's to run about, have some kind of life.
