I love this video. Amazing recipes that I can't wait to try! Pumpkin and sweet potato recipes would be great for the Fall. :-)

I had some nice organic Granny Smiths. I wanted to make apple oatmeal with walnuts and use apple juice as part of water in oatmeal prep...but had none, so I found your instructions and voilá! I added some of the pulp from machine and nut bag to the finished oatmeal. It was the best ever. Thanks so much! Happy New Year!

Tried the apple sauce - needed some 'quick and dirty' for a recipe. Just used two large apples. Left the skins on. Turn out amazing! THank you.

A couple of years ago I began making bread from scratch (aka, grinding my own wheat berries to make my flour). I recently discovered Einkorn and I LOVE to use it for all sweet breads, cookies, and muffins. It's SO YUMMY! It makes the moistest (most moist?) breads ever! Try it if you can.

Saucy girl might want to add some wine yeast to the juice. 4 days later and some outside chilling, you got a party I'd attend.

If leaving the skins on, organic is a must.

I’ve heard that the wax on non organic fruit is toxic. I’m hoping it’s true that organic apples are not wax coated

Love these videos, thank you! One note- Apple seeds in moderation are actually ANTI cancer so don’t need to leave them out. I always eat there while apple, seeds and all. There’s bad information out there about the seeds being harmful. Not true.

@@LINY - From Healthline.com: According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)Trusted Source, 1-2 mg/kg is a fatal oral dose of cyanide for a 154 lbs. (70 kg) man. Most apple cores contain around 5 apple seeds. However, this amount will vary based on the health of the plant. You would need to finely chew and eat about 200 apple seeds, or about 40 apple cores, to receive a fatal dose. The Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease Registry (ATSDR) says that exposure to even small amounts of cyanide can be dangerous. Cyanide can harm the heart and brain, and even lead to coma and death. ATSDR adds that people should avoid eating the seeds of apples.

@@OMGWTFLOLSMH I threw mine away and I also gave some of the pulp to my dog and a few apple pieces sans seeds and core. Thanks for the info...
