Good morning from Germany! I like your instructions and your voice. One problem I have is, I can't just hammer a nail in my walls. I have to drill holes into the concrete for everything. 🙄 Do you know of other options to secure the string in the middle to draw the arch? 🤔

Looks amazing! Just to confirm, to stop the paint bleeding through after applying painters tape you repaint the outer side of the shape with the existing colour then paint the inner shape?

Thanks! :) I would start by painting the inner side of the tape (inside of the arch) with the same paint colour that’s on the rest of the wall (in my case- white). You just need to go along the tape edge, similar to if you were cutting in with a brush. Wait for the paint to dry and then paint over it with your accent colour. Unfortunately I didn’t film this as I only learnt about the technique afterwards, but it’s meant to help create the crispest lines!

I removed the tape when the paint was still wet, straight after the second coat

For enamal paint atleast we need to wait for its dry then we need to remove the maskin tape it's edges cutting look good
